The photoelectric axle speed sensor adopts a combination of grating, photoelectric technology and logic circuit design, preventing outputing wrong pulse signals that should not be output by individual channels due to axle
vibration or electromagnetic signal interference.
It will not count less or more pulses, but will truly sense the rotation speed and direction of various speed-limited axles.
The signals output by each channel of the sensor are pulse signals with the same period but different phases, and the frequency of the pulse signal is proportional to the axle speed.
The output signals of each channel have a certain phase difference, and the phase difference vector corresponds to the rotation direction of the axle.
The photoelectric axle speed sensor has three transmission modes: rectangular tongue-axis,square tongue-axis and shifting fork. Except for the different transmission modes, the sensor body and other aspects are the same. All
indicators of this type of sensor meet or exceed the relevant national standards, and have obtained national invention and utility model patents.
This product is mainly used in the detection of the travel speed, distance, direction, idling and slip acceleration of various rail transit vehicles with different speed limits, etc.
Rectangular tongue-axis driven type sensor adopts rectangular tongue shaft to follow axle rotation, product structure shown as below.
